VHF 12. Semi-floating breakwater within Port Hercule, 352m long and 160,000 tonnes, installed 2002, with a 145m secondary lee breakwater. Upgraded from 2022 with four 200-tonne underwater dead-weights at about 50m depth so megayachts up to 150m can moor to submerged buoys. Shore power 410V/2000A and 6600V/300A, fresh water, grey and black water recovery, 22 large fenders of 2,300 x 3,000mm, diver assistance for mooring hook-up. Pilotage compulsory for vessels 80m and over. Yachts under 200m must leave in winds of BF 10 offshore or BF 8 onshore. The cruise terminal is on this breakwater.
