Sheltered harbour inside breakwaters south of Punta Madonna with ferry and cruise terminals and about 30 ferry berths (terminal berth 35 m, max 5 m draft). Visiting yachts must check in at Piran before continuing to Portoroz. Two anchor berths in Piran Bay near pipelines: anchor with care. Very limited visitor berthing.
