Give every new owner a year of Helmy Pro with the boat

A programme for boat, tender and toy builders. The twelve months cost the owner nothing. A boat builder's partner page is €99.99 a year, and each new boat you set up in Helmy is €9.99, once. Join by 31 December 2026 and the first year is €49.99, with every boat set up free that year - and tender and toy makers pay nothing. It takes one card in the handover pack, and it puts your manuals, your service schedule and your dealers in the app your owners run the boat from.

What the owner gets

Twelve months of Helmy Pro on the boat you delivered: the manuals and certificates in a library that works offline, service reminders by engine hours or date, routine checklists with photo proof, a log book that fills itself in from a GPS track, crew papers flagged before they expire, expenses with receipts, and a directory of over three thousand chandlers, engineers and marinas. Files live in the owner's own Google Drive. After the year the boat drops to Helmy Free; nothing renews by itself and no card is ever taken.

What the builder gets

  Owners who log hours, keep the service schedule and carry the manuals make fewer warranty calls and better second-hand boats.

• Your manuals, on every boat

  We load your owner's manuals into the shared library under your name and models, so the day the boat is handed over the documents are already on the owner's phone.

• A page of your own

  helmyapp.com/with/your-name, with your code, your models and your logo if you send one - to link from your owners' area or dealer portal.

• A card for the handover pack

  We supply the artwork (or printed cards, free): "Your new boat comes with twelve months of Helmy Pro."

• No contract, simple fees

  No contract, no exclusivity, no revenue share. A boat builder's partner page is €99.99 a year, paid by card through Stripe - €49.99 for the first year if you join by 31 December 2026. Each new boat you set up is €9.99, once (€4.99 each after 50 in a year), on one invoice a month; boats set up in a show-offer first year are free. Tender and toy makers pay nothing. Cancel any time and the page stays open to the end of the year you paid for; the owners who already have the year keep it.

Your name on the boats you built

Three things come with a partnership. None of them asks anything of the owner, and none of them puts anything between you and her.

• Built by you, under her name

  Every owner of one of your boats sees your name - and your logo, if you send one - under the vessel's name on her own page and on the screen her crew opens first. It links to your site.

• Your suppliers, first

  When her crew goes looking for a chandler, an engineer or a yard, the businesses you recommend come first in the directory, marked as recommended by you. Your dealers and your service network, not ours.

• A dashboard of your own fleet

  At helmyapp.com/partner, for your people: how many of your boats are on Helmy, their models and years, running hours, what gets serviced and what breaks. It is how a yard finds out what is actually failing in the third season, from the boats rather than from the warranty claims that were worth making.

What the dashboard will not show you

This only works if an owner is glad you can see it, so the limits are part of the design rather than a setting someone has to find.

• Never costs, crew or documents

  What a boat spends, who is aboard and what is in her files are hers. The dashboard has no route to any of it.

• Anonymous unless she says otherwise

  You see totals across your boats. A single boat appears to you only after her owner, manager or captain switches sharing on for you by name, from the boat's own page - and switches it off again whenever they like.

• Fewer than three, and nothing shows

  Any group of fewer than three boats is folded into an anonymous line with no years and no hours, so nothing you see can be traced back to one owner.

How it works

1. You say yes. We activate your code the same day; a boat builder's partner page and dashboard open when the yearly fee is paid.
2. You add one line and the code to the handover pack, the owner's welcome email or the dealer checklist.
3. The owner taps the link, signs in with Google, adds the boat, and Pro is on for twelve months.
